A mix of aerobics, conditioning and ab/core work for that all-round intro to various areas of fitness.
If you are looking for a class set at a lower intensity or you are new to exercise then this is the class for you – 20 minute blocks of aerobics, toning using weights or bodyweight and finally the abs and core.
Each block will focus on a different area of fitness and before you know it, you’ll have completed a whole body workout.
